2021 was huge. Not just for Docs Made Easy, but for the innovators in information technology that gave the year a new landscape. The year was full of innovation and great things for us at HIC Global Solutions, creators of Docs Made Easy.
It was only possible with the support of our customers that helped take the app to a new level in its first year.

Now that we have stepped into 2022, we couldn’t have done it without taking a look at our accomplishments.
We take immense pride in telling you that Docs Made Easy has broken all records. Even with a little marketing, the app reached so many of our customers sitting across the globe. We have our customers in the UK, US, Canada, Germany, India, and many other countries.
Our Development team constantly came up with new features and enhancements that helped customers. Also, our sales and support team left no stone unturned to solve customer queries 24*7.
We told you that we have our customers sitting across several parts of the world. Also, we could solve the Salesforce document generation challenges of our users involved in several industries. From Waterworks, Generator Services, IT services, Human Resources to Data Processing. We are catering to the needs and solving the issues of no specific industry. Our customer base in different industries is expanding every day at a lightning-fast pace.
You know when your presence expands, you cannot stop there. It then becomes even more important to keep on innovating and to match the ever-growing demands of your customers. The year 2021, started with developing Docs Made Easy, and then it became more of bringing more features to help customers make the most of the app.
In 2021, we worked round the clock to ensure that every functionality and feature is there in the app and is easy to navigate. We brought better page management, merge & preview features, Page Builder, prebuilt document & email templates, and more to help our customers.
As we step into another year, the Docs Made Easy team would like to express its gratitude to the wonderful customers, partners, and trailblazers for their constant support. It was amazing to see the unique ways in which our customers leveraged our document generation tool for their business.
We look forward to what 2022 holds, but we are sure that it’s going to be full of innovation, satisfaction, and customer success.
