Arabic Content Requirements
Citi Developers needed SPA documents to include Arabic customer and transaction information, but managing multilingual data within the existing document process was not straightforward.
Payment Plan Formatting Issues
Payment-plan information could span multiple pages, and keeping tables properly structured with repeated headers was a challenge when generating the final documents.
Unit Image Handling
The correct property unit image needed to appear in the generated SPA document. The image also had to be resized and positioned properly so it fitted naturally within the document layout.

Sales Offers needed to be generated only for eligible units, such as those marked Available or Hold, but there was no simple way to control when users could generate them.

Solutions
Intelligent Payment Plan Management
Docs Made Easy configured dynamic logic to show the right installments for each document. SPA documents display relevant Pre-Handover and Post-Handover installments, while Booking Forms and Sales Offers follow their own payment-plan requirements.
Automatic Installment Calculations
We added formula-based logic to calculate installment amounts directly from the agreed purchase price. Percentage-based installments are worked out automatically and placed into the correct sections, so users do not have to calculate and enter amounts themselves.
Dynamic Purchaser Information
We configured the SPA template to collect the right purchaser details based on the Salesforce account type. Business information appears only when needed, while joint purchaser, passport, Emirates ID, and mobile details are placed properly.
Arabic Content Support
We prepared the SPA workflow to handle Arabic customer and transaction information alongside the existing document data. Separate Arabic fields were configured in Production, while temporary English fields supported UAT until the required fields were available.
Dynamic Unit Images
We configured Docs Made Easy to pull the correct unit image from Salesforce based on the selected property. The image is then resized and positioned within the SPA layout, so it fits the document without extra manual adjustment.
Controlled Sales Offer Generation
We configured a dedicated Sales Offer action inside Salesforce and added rules around when it can be used. The action checks the unit status, allowing generation only for eligible statuses such as Available or Hold.
Improved Payment Plan Formatting
We redesigned the Sales Offer payment section using dynamic tables instead of a fixed-size image. This allows payment details to continue across pages, while table headers repeat automatically so the information stays clear.
